Questions for Businesses

Do you offer corporate discounts for regular bookings?

Yes, for companies with regular needs – such as project staff or consultants – we offer individual corporate rates. Contact us directly and we'll be happy to put together a suitable offer.

Are long-term stays possible?

Yes, our apartments are very well suited for stays of 1 to 8 weeks or longer – for example for project work, relocation, or internships. For longer stays, we're happy to discuss individual terms.

Can we receive a consolidated monthly invoice?

For companies with multiple stays per month, we can issue a consolidated monthly invoice on request – saving you administrative effort.

Do we get a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Business clients get a personal contact person for all questions about booking, invoicing, and their stay – quickly reachable by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

General Questions

How does self check-in work?

You'll receive all information digitally by email and WhatsApp on the day of arrival at the latest: directions, the access code for the key box, and a short video guide. This lets you check in independently at any time, day or night, with no need to wait for a key handover appointment.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available within walking distance of all our apartments, and some units include a private parking space. You'll receive the exact parking details together with your check-in information before arrival.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! Our larger apartments with multiple bedrooms are especially well suited for families. On request, we're happy to help with questions about extra beds or equipment for children.

Can I bring a pet?

This depends on the specific apartment. Please reach out to us before booking, and we'll let you know in which apartments pets are currently possible.

How does cancellation work?

The exact cancellation terms are shown individually for each booking, depending on the selected rate. If you have questions about an existing booking, feel free to contact us directly – we always aim to find a fair solution.

What time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Thanks to self check-in, you can check in independently at any time after that, even late in the evening.

By what time do I need to check out?

Check-out is until 10:00 AM. If needed, feel free to ask us about a later check-out – we'll try to make it possible depending on availability.

Is WiFi available in the apartments?

Yes, every apartment has fast high-speed WiFi – ideal for video calls, remote work, or streaming.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes, on request we issue a proper invoice for your company, and can also provide a consolidated monthly invoice for multiple stays. Just let us know when booking or afterwards.
